Business information booklet for members of the Iran-Germany Chamber of Commerce

In response to the request of many members to have information on member companies, the Iran-Germany Chamber of Commerce and Industry plans to publish a “Members’ Business Information Booklet” for 2025. This booklet will be a unique opportunity to introduce your companies, services, and products to other members of the chamber, as well as to new customers and business partners.

The main objectives of publishing this booklet are:

Business development and prosperity: In addition to being available to all members, this booklet will accompany the Chamber team at all events and exhibitions and will reach customers and business partners. This is an exceptional opportunity for you to introduce your business to a wider audience.

Easy access to information from other members: Through this booklet, you can easily access up-to-date and accurate information from other Chamber members and expand your communication network.

Please note that although your information is registered in the Customer Relationship Management system and the Chamber database, it is mandatory to fill out this form again due to the need to confirm consent for the publication and updating of information.

Membership up-to-date: Your membership in the chamber must be up-to-date. Please check your membership status via this link.

Information Verification: After completing the form and paying for the booklet, an email containing a PDF file of your company profile in the booklet will be sent to you and you will only be allowed to make changes to this file once. Please note that the Iran-Germany Chamber of Commerce and Industry is not responsible for publishing incorrect information entered.

Uploading documents: The company logo and official newspaper are required to complete the form. If you wish to publish the company size (number of employees), you will be allowed to publish the number of employees by uploading the relevant document. Uploading this document is not mandatory, but without it, your company size will not be published in the booklet.

Steps after completing the form:

After the design of your company page in the booklet is completed, its file will be sent to your email address. You have 48 hours to make the desired changes and submit your request. Your lack of response will mean final approval of the information.

Registration and Advertising Fees:

To cover the administrative costs and publication of this booklet, the participation and publication fee for your company is set at two million Tomans for the internal pages. A copy of this booklet will be provided free of charge to all members of the chamber. After completing the form, you can make the relevant payment via the SMS link.

Directory Publication History:

In the past, the Iran-Germany Chamber of Commerce and Industry published a directory of German companies and Iranian representatives, but its publication was stopped due to the protection of these companies from US sanctions. Please note that the nature of this booklet is different from what was explained.

A completed sample of your company page will be as follows. The publication size is A5 and two companies are placed on each page.
